These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the GeoBit AI platform, website, and related services (the "Service") provided by GeoBit Technologies ("GeoBit", "we", "us"). By creating an account, subscribing, or otherwise using the Service, you ("Customer", "you") agree to these Terms.
1Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
2The Service
GeoBit provides a geospatial intelligence and mapping platform that turns plain-language requests into maps, analyses, monitoring, and reports drawing on open and licensed data sources. Features, capabilities, and data sources may change, improve, or be discontinued over time.
3Accounts & Eligibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it. You must be legally able to enter into a contract to use the Service.
4Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service. You will not use the Service to violate any applicable law, infringe the rights of others, attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, or use outputs in any manner prohibited by applicable export-control, sanctions, or data-protection regulations. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Service and its outputs complies with all laws applicable to you.
5Fees & Payment
Paid plans and credits are billed as described at the point of purchase. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated. We may change pricing prospectively with reasonable notice.
6Intelligence & No Advisory
The Service provides information and analysis to support situational awareness and decision-making. It is not professional, legal, security, or risk advice, and it is not a guarantee of safety or outcomes. You remain solely responsible for decisions made using the Service, and should combine its outputs with qualified human judgment and local guidance.
7Intellectual Property
GeoBit and its licensors own all rights in the Service, including software, models, and design. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service during your subscription. You retain ownership of the data and content you submit ("Customer Data"), and you grant us the rights needed to operate and provide the Service.
8Customer Reference & Publicity
By signing up for, accessing, or otherwise using the Service — including any trial, evaluation, or single or one-time use — you grant GeoBit a perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, sublicensable license to use your name, trademarks, and logo to identify you as a GeoBit customer on our website, in case studies, presentations, customer lists, and other marketing and promotional materials. This license is granted upon your first use of the Service, survives any expiration or termination of your account or these Terms, and continues to apply even if you stop using the Service. We will use your brand assets solely to indicate that you are, or have been, a GeoBit customer.
9Confidentiality
Each party will protect the other's confidential information and use it only to perform under these Terms. This section does not restrict the customer-reference rights granted in Section 8.
10Warranties & Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, GeoBit disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.
11Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GeoBit will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability arising out of or related to the Service will not exceed the amounts you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
12Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or for risk to the Service or others. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
13Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with an updated date; continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
