What you get

Before, during and after. Every trip.

A movement is not a login. It is a finished piece of work in three parts, delivered for every trip you send us.

Before the trip

The pre-trip brief

  • The route, with every stretch scored and the reasons in plain words: live incident reporting, your own event history, hijack wording in local reporting, chokepoint terrain and time of day.
  • Alternates, the safe-house corridor and the zones the vehicle should avoid.
  • The nearest hospital and safe location for every segment, with travel-time rings from each safe location.
  • A threat scan across the itinerary. For a principal, site exposure rings, building overwatch and a contingency plan with safe houses ranked.
  • The whole plan sent to the traveler's phone and to your protection provider.
While it runs

The live movement

  • Live position from the traveler's phone and the vehicles, on the same map as the threat picture.
  • Check-ins on the plan's schedule. Loss of contact goes straight to the desk.
  • Deviation, geofence and panic alerts, escalated to the desk and your channel in seconds.
  • Proximity alerts: every incident is checked against where the traveler is right now.
  • When something forms on the corridor, the reroute is on the driver's phone before the next junction.
  • A named GeoBit analyst on the desk for the whole movement, with the GSOC watch floor behind them.
After the trip

The post-trip report

  • Arrival confirmed.
  • The track log and the timeline archived.
  • An after-action report: the plan, what happened, every alert and every decision, with the name on it.

The traveler carries one app. GeoBit Mobile on iPhone or Android: encrypted end to end, and still working in a dead spot.

How it is billed

Priced per trip. Agreed before it starts.

You buy the movement, not the hours behind it. One price per movement, or per traveler per month, agreed before the trip.

Per movement

One movement

One trip on one itinerary, door to door. It starts when the traveler leaves the first door and ends when arrival is confirmed at the last one. The brief before it and the report after it come with it.

Per traveler per month

One traveler-month

For people who travel often. One named traveler and every movement they make in the month, each with its own brief, its own live desk and its own report.

Included in every unit
  • The pre-trip brief
  • Route risk per stretch, with reasons
  • Live tracking
  • Check-ins
  • Deviation and proximity alerts
  • Panic and loss-of-contact escalation
  • A named analyst on the desk while it runs
  • The post-trip report
  • The field app on the traveler's phone
Still one movement
  • Several stops on the same itinerary.
  • A reroute during the trip.
  • People traveling together on the same itinerary.
Not part of a movement
  • An incident that escalates beyond the trip. It moves to Crisis Week, scoped on its own.
  • A standing watch on a site or an office. That is The Watch.
  • A full threat assessment of a person or a place. That is an Assessment.
  • Protection on the ground. Your own protection provider supplies it.

One price per movement, or per traveler per month, agreed before the trip. No seats. No hourly billing. No charge by the number of operators.

Who is accountable

AI does the work. A named person owns the decision.

The system reads, scores and watches. A named analyst holds the decision queue. Your protection provider makes the protective calls, on our picture.

A named analyst on every movement

Every alert that needs a person reaches a named GeoBit analyst already triaged, evidenced and drafted. They take the human moments too: the frightened caller, the police desk, your chief of staff.

Two keys on the irreversibles

Evacuation recommendations, public statements and mass notification above 50 people never fire on their own, under any tier. Life-safety actions need two named people. A second model checks every outbound action for accuracy and proportion first.

reversibility gate → reversible: run · irreversible: queue for a named person · life-safety: two named people

Four autonomy tiers, set by you

You choose how much the system may do without asking. It starts at the most conservative tier. It earns more only after 30 days of measured accuracy and sign-off from two named people, and it drops back automatically when it gets something wrong.

AUTO-REVERSIBLEfire reversible, gate the rest

A hash-chained audit log

Every alert, check-in and decision lands in an append-only log. Each record carries the hash of the one before it, so any edit breaks the chain at a line you can point to. Every decision can be rebuilt afterwards, including the AI's reasoning.

Our picture. Your provider's call.

Executive protection on Movements is software plus a desk. Your protection provider runs the movement on GeoBit's picture: the scored route, the live positions, the alerts with their evidence. They decide the protective posture. If you have a responder nearby, the desk calls them with a clean tasking packet: who, where, what is known, what is needed. GeoBit does not put protection officers or anyone else on the ground.

What it replaces

A desk that never closes, without building one.

Travel security usually means a desk staffed around the clock, a spreadsheet of who is where, and a phone tree for when something happens. Movements does that work for each trip, and you pay for the trips.

How it runs

From itinerary to after-action.

01 · Send

Tell us the trip

The itinerary in plain language: who, from where to where, when, which vehicles. "Hotel to the site, Thursday at six, two cars" is enough. We reply with one price before anything starts.

02 · Brief

Review the route

The dangerous stretches and why, the alternates and the safe havens. Change it in chat with the analyst. The plan goes to the traveler's phone and to your protection provider.

03 · Run

The desk watches

Vehicles and phones tracked live, alerts armed on the corridor, messages in the same thread as the map. The analyst works the decision queue. Your provider makes the protective calls.

04 · Close

The report lands

Arrival confirmed, the track log and timeline archived, and the after-action report delivered.

Travel leads ask

Before you send the first trip.

Do you provide guards or close-protection officers?
No. We never provide guards. Movements is software plus a desk. Your own protection provider runs the movement on our picture and makes the protective calls.
What happens if something goes wrong on the road?
Panic, deviation and loss of contact reach the desk in seconds. After a flash alert, travelers are asked to check in within 15 minutes, and anyone who stays silent goes to a named analyst. If the incident grows beyond the trip, it moves to Crisis Week.
What does the traveler need?
GeoBit Mobile on an iPhone or an Android phone. One screen: the map, the plan, the team, and a panic button where a thumb finds it. It is encrypted end to end and keeps working offline. Nothing to learn on the day it matters.
Who sees where our people are?
The desk, your team and your protection provider, on one synced picture. Position sharing on the phone is explicit and per session.
Can the AI act on its own?
Only inside the autonomy tier you choose, and it starts at the most conservative one. Evacuation recommendations, public statements and mass notification above 50 people never fire on their own, under any tier.
How is it priced?
One price per movement, or per traveler per month, agreed before the trip. No seats, no hourly billing, no charge by the number of operators.
